Since 1974, MacIsaac BackHoeing Services has been proudly serving Islanders with dedication. What began with a single backhoe has blossomed into a family-owned enterprise offering a diverse range of equipment, ensuring efficient, quality workmanship on every job.

Our specialty lies in septic system design, repair, and replacements, along with perk test services. However, our expertise extends beyond these core services.

In 2014, a new chapter unfolded for MacIsaac BackHoeing Services when Daniel and Lindsay Albert, formerly Lindsay MacIsaac, took ownership from John MacIsaac. This pivotal moment marked the inception of a vibrant partnership, infused with fresh perspectives and an unwavering commitment to the company’s enduring legacy.

Since assuming leadership, Daniel has emerged as a stalwart leader, immersing himself in the day-to-day intricacies while steering strategic expansion initiatives. His hands-on approach and dedication to excellence have been pivotal in propelling the company forward, ensuring seamless operations across all facets of the business.

Adding to the dynamic duo, Lindsay brings a wealth of financial acumen to the forefront, fortified by her Bachelor of Business Administration from UPEI. With a meticulous eye for detail and a proactive mindset, she has been instrumental in safeguarding the financial integrity of the company. From meticulous budgeting to insightful forecasting and comprehensive financial analysis, Lindsay’s contributions have been instrumental in sustaining the company’s upward trajectory.
